By accessing our website, mobile app, or any services therein (referred to collectively as the "Platform"), and participating in any of the available contests or games ("Games"), you are deemed to be a “User”, “Player”, “you”, or “your” and are subject to these Terms of Service along with our Privacy Policy. These Terms govern your engagement with all features and functionalities made available on our Platform ("Services").

In adherence to prevailing laws, our Services are not accessible for entry fee-based Games in the states of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. We also restrict participation from users in Assam, Nagaland, and Sikkim — collectively referred to as “Restricted States.” Additionally, per regulations from the Tamil Nadu government, participation in Cash Games is not permitted between 12:00 am and 5:00 am. During this period, Tamil Nadu residents will be unable to access cash-based offers, contests, or tournaments. However, free games for practice with no monetary element remain accessible across India.

If you access or attempt to access our Services from jurisdictions where Games are legally restricted, you alone will be responsible for any legal implications. myinsallpro reserves the right to take corrective measures, which may include suspension or forfeiture of account balances.

Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") alongside our Privacy Policy set the framework for your use of our Platform and Services. By continuing to access or use our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms laid out herein.

You acknowledge and accept that these Terms may be updated or revised at any point. Your continued use implies acceptance of the latest version. Should any clause in these Terms be deemed invalid or unenforceable by an Indian legal authority, the remainder of the Terms shall remain in full effect. Failure by myinsallpro to enforce a right under these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that or any other right.

Additional rules may apply to specific promotions, contests, or tournaments hosted on the Platform. In such cases, the supplementary terms must be read in conjunction with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Legality

Participation in Cash Games is restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Access to our Services may be blocked or limited at our sole discretion at any time. By using our Platform, you confirm that you are not accessing or attempting to access Cash Games from a Restricted State or from outside India. All Games hosted on our Platform are classified as games of skill and are fully legal under Article 21 of the Constitution of India, as validated by various judicial rulings. These Games are not to be misconstrued as games of chance or associated with gambling or wagering.

2. Game Services

All formats hosted on the Platform — including tournaments, free practice sessions, promotional events, and Cash Games — fall under the umbrella of “Games.” Specific rules and details for each format can be found within the Help or FAQ section of the relevant website or application. “Cash Games” require a deposit to participate and may involve a service fee, which varies by game format and is subject to change. “Non-Cash Games” are free but may have limited access under certain conditions. To ensure fair gameplay, we may match players based on skill ratings or other internal metrics.

3. User Declarations & Responsibilities

By registering on our platform and interacting with the services, you affirm that all information you share—either at signup or later—is accurate, truthful, and complete. Before participating in Cash Games or adding funds to your account, it's your responsibility to ensure that such participation is lawful in your location. If you're not legally eligible to handle transactions in Indian Rupees or you're accessing from a restricted region, your participation is disallowed. Violating this will result in forfeiture of any winnings, and your access may be restricted or terminated.

You confirm that you're at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You acknowledge that the games on this platform require skill and may involve financial risks. You voluntarily engage in such activities, fully understanding the consequences and accepting all associated risks—including monetary losses. You also accept full responsibility for your participation and agree to indemnify us and our associated personnel against any consequences arising from your involvement.

Participation does not guarantee any winnings. Prizes are awarded purely based on your skill relative to other players, and only if you're an Indian resident accessing the services within India. You are also responsible for all content you post—this includes text, images, and feedback—and you must either own or have permission to use such content. By submitting any content, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content for promotional or other purposes.

You acknowledge that the funds in your user account are held in trust by our banking partners and do not accrue interest. We are not responsible for your inability to access or participate in games due to validation issues or suspected policy breaches. We also reserve the right to review and remove any content that violates our terms, including user-generated content that may be offensive or inappropriate. Such decisions are final and binding.

We comply with global standards such as the FATF (Financial Action Task Force) guidelines. By using our platform, you also agree to follow these guidelines. You further declare that you are not a politically exposed person, have not been convicted of any crimes, and are not affiliated with any entity listed in the UN Sanctions.

4. User Account Creation & Maintenance

To access our services, you must register on the platform. By registering, you agree to receive communication—including promotional messages—via SMS, email, push notifications, and voice calls. You can withdraw this consent by emailing us at support@myinsallpro.com or by raising a support ticket via our contact system.

During registration, you must provide a username and password and optionally submit additional personal information. To verify your identity and enable cash transactions, we may require KYC documentation such as your name, address, contact number, PAN card, and other IDs. You must ensure all details are accurate and up-to-date. We reserve the right to request supporting documents or suspend your account if false or incomplete data is provided.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and personal data. We will never request your password outside the login page. Sharing login access or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited. Any misuse or unauthorized access resulting from your actions will be your responsibility, and may lead to the termination of your account and forfeiture of bonuses or prizes.

You may upload a profile picture to personalize your account. This image must comply with legal and ethical standards. It must not infringe any intellectual property, be offensive, or include harmful content (defined as "Inappropriate Content"). We reserve the right to remove any such image at our discretion and take appropriate action.

If you choose to sync your contacts with our platform, you permit us to access and use them to enhance your user experience—for example, by showing mutual connections or enabling score comparisons. You confirm that you have permission to share such data with us.

From time to time, we may allow you to upload a short, soundless video or image of your reaction to winning a contest. Such uploads are voluntary and subject to internal review. Approved submissions may be used in promotional material, and you retain the right to request removal. By submitting this content, you grant us permission to use it for engagement and marketing purposes, provided it doesn’t include any "Inappropriate Content."

Funds added to your account can only be used to play games on our platform. Transferring money to other users is not permitted unless explicitly allowed under our Terms and with specified restrictions.

Tax Deductions & Compliance

As per Indian law, we are required to deduct Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) on your net winnings. To comply with this, we may ask you to submit a valid Permanent Account Number (PAN) issued by Indian income tax authorities. A flat TDS rate of 30%, or any other rate as per current government rules, will be auto-deducted from your net winnings—either during withdrawal or at the financial year’s end. These rates may be updated from time to time based on law. Our duty ends at deducting and remitting the required taxes, and issuing a TDS certificate. You agree that we are not liable for your personal tax matters.

For any prize in the form of goods or cash (or a combination of both), applicable TDS will be borne by you. Such prizes will be released only after taxes are settled. The TDS policy is based on the current understanding of the Finance Act, 2023, and may change if there are updates from the authorities. 5. Account Verification & Information Checks

From time to time, myinsallpro may initiate verification of user accounts through calls, emails, or any other legal method. If we’re unable to connect using the details you've provided, we won’t be responsible for service interruptions. Failure to respond or unsuccessful verification attempts may lead to restrictions such as login blockage or limits on gameplay or deposits until identity is confirmed.

We’ll notify you about the next steps via email. You may also be asked to submit identity and address verification documents. Once submitted, we aim to verify and restore your access promptly—though the process may take several business days. If repeated contact attempts fail, we reserve the right to permanently suspend your account and initiate a refund as per Clause 8 (Withdrawals and Refunds) to your original payment method. Your private data will be handled as per our Privacy Policy.

6. User Restrictions & Platform Conduct

Fair Play Policy:

You must play all Games personally without any outside help or use of unauthorized tools like cheats, bots, or hacks. Exploiting the system or forming teams to collude in any contest is strictly forbidden and will be treated as cyber fraud. Upon detection, we will take actions including game cancellation, account suspension, and forfeiture of winnings as per our Game Cancellation Settlement Policy. Our decisions in such cases will be final and binding.

Anti-Money Laundering:

Activities that appear to be money laundering—such as withdrawing unutilized credit card deposits or deliberately losing to another user—are strictly banned.

Anti-Spam Policy:

Sending spam or bulk messages to promote registrations or campaigns on the platform is prohibited. Violation may result in account suspension or legal action.

One Account per User:

You may maintain only one account on the platform. Use of multiple identities or fake accounts is not allowed. Further, you are prohibited from uploading or sharing content that:

  • Is abusive, threatening, or offensive
  • Violates religious or cultural sentiments
  • Promotes criminal behavior or infringes intellectual rights
  • Solicits donations or promotes competitor services
  • Damages myinsallpro’s brand or reputation

Inappropriate usernames may result in your account being suspended until an acceptable replacement is provided.

System Abuse & Unauthorized Access:

Reverse engineering, intercepting game protocols, or modifying platform files is prohibited. Any such attempt may result in permanent suspension and legal consequences.

Fraudulent Transactions & Identity Misuse:

Using another person’s card, UPI, or bank details to deposit or withdraw funds is strictly forbidden. Prizes and bonuses are non-transferable. Attempts to transfer or trade winnings will result in their cancellation.

Employee Participation:

Employees, consultants, and close relatives of myinsallpro are barred from participating in cash-prize contests unless explicitly permitted as part of their role.

Content & Public Posting Guidelines:

Posting defamatory or offensive comments on public forums against myinsallpro will result in review and possible account action. We may take down such comments and restrict your access to community spaces.

Device Use Policy:

Playing Cash Games from multiple devices simultaneously is discouraged. If detected, previous sessions may be forcibly terminated to ensure fair play.

7. Payments & Player Funds

All financial activity on this Platform shall be conducted exclusively in Indian Rupees (INR).

Upon signing up, your personalized user account is initialized, allowing you to track all payment-related interactions. Funds used to enter Cash Games must be added to this account, and any winnings will be credited here as well.

Always ensure the payment method you use—be it a credit/debit card, UPI, or bank account—is registered in your name or you are legally authorized to operate it.

Your account balance—including any promotional credits—will reflect under “Player Funds.” Subject to the deposit ceilings we define, you may add funds to your wallet to join Cash Games. From October 1, 2023, in accordance with Rule 31B of the CGST Rules, 2017, deposits will include applicable GST, which myinsallpro will remit to the government. A GST-compliant invoice will be generated for each deposit.

We promote mindful gaming. Monthly deposit limits may apply, and exceeding them may involve additional documentation, waivers, or verifications at our sole discretion.

Transactions are processed via third-party payment gateways. Delays, denials, or errors on their end are governed by their policies. If an issue occurs while depositing funds, you may raise a complaint as per our "Complaints and Disputes" procedure. However, we hold no liability for issues arising beyond our control.

Once a payment is successfully completed, your wallet will reflect the credited amount. We reserve the right to reverse any transaction if necessary. In such cases, refunds will be made to the original payment method after adjusting applicable GST, TDS, or any statutory deductions.

By depositing funds, you confirm:

  1. You have legal rights over the deposited funds.
  2. The funds are solely intended for participation in Cash Games on the Platform.
  3. The bank account registered for receiving payouts belongs to you, and we reserve the right to verify this.

All deposited funds are held in a non-interest-bearing Escrow account managed by a Trustee on your behalf. Withdrawals from these funds may only be made for:

  1. Player payouts and withdrawals,
  2. Platform service fees, and
  3. Tax obligations such as TDS, which will be remitted to the authorities by myinsallpro.

8. Withdrawals & Refunds

Withdrawals

  1. Withdrawing Winnings:

    You may request to transfer winnings to your verified Indian bank account. Such requests are governed by the following:

    • Withdrawals are allowed only after full KYC and PAN verification, including verification of your bank account.
    • The same name must appear on your PAN, bank account, and KYC documents; mismatches will prevent payout processing.
    • You may withdraw only the portion of your wallet marked as withdrawable. Bonus money is excluded unless stated otherwise.
    • We reserve the right to disburse funds back to your original payment method in certain cases.
    • Withdrawals may be subject to processing fees. Based on your player tier or withdrawal method, free withdrawal quotas may apply.
    • While we strive to process withdrawals promptly, delays due to banking partners or verification may occur. We are not liable for such delays.
    • Withdrawals will only be processed in Indian Rupees to Indian bank accounts. NRE accounts or third-party accounts are not supported.
    • Winnings are subject to TDS. You are liable for any additional taxes applicable under current tax law. We reserve the right to deduct such dues from your wallet.
    • Withdrawal Restrictions:
      • Minimum withdrawal amounts may apply and are subject to change.
      • If you lack sufficient balance to cover withdrawal charges, your request may be denied.
      • Withdrawal frequency may be limited. Full details are available on the Platform during the request process.
  2. Withdrawing Bonuses:
    • Promotional bonuses are typically non-withdrawable unless specified otherwise.
    • If permitted, bonus withdrawal will require you to have deposited funds and played at least one Cash Game or meet specific campaign terms.
    • Eligible bonuses for withdrawal will be governed by the same process as winnings.

Refunds

  • We may refund your deposit balance if:
    (a) you request account closure; or
    (b) we are instructed by legal or regulatory authorities to suspend your account (subject to no ongoing investigation).
  • Refunds will be net of applicable taxes and fees. We cannot refund amounts exempted by law.
  • Refunds may be credited to the original deposit method. If unavailable, we may request valid banking details.
  • Refunds are processed only after verifying your PAN, KYC, and banking credentials.
  • The name on your KYC, PAN, and bank account must match for refund eligibility.

9. Service Disruptions

While we strive to provide a seamless experience, you may occasionally encounter interruptions in the Service. These may result from factors outside our control, including network instability, connectivity issues, hardware failures, or third-party software conflicts. You acknowledge that myinsallpro is not liable for such disruptions, and you assume full responsibility for any losses incurred due to these unforeseen interruptions.

If, for any reason—technical or otherwise, whether related to us or not—you are unable to join or continue participating in any Game, contest, or competition, the resolution of that instance shall follow our established Game Cancellation and Settlement Policy. This ensures fairness across all user experiences.

While games are generally initiated once the minimum player threshold is met, unforeseen delays may still occur. The timing of fantasy sports games is linked directly to the live sporting events they reflect, which means delays or changes to real match start times may also affect game timings on our Platform. In such instances, we reserve the right to revise the start time of games accordingly. We may also start matches based on internal mechanisms in sync with live events, even if this differs from the time previously displayed.

If due to service disruptions or other anomalies: (i) a misleading prize display appears, or (ii) you receive an incorrect message or notification via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or call, we will notify you with the correct prize amount (if any) and provide context regarding the miscommunication. Only the corrected outcome, as communicated by us, will be considered valid. All decisions made by myinsallpro in such cases will be final.

Regardless of any limitations of liability stated elsewhere in the Terms, myinsallpro expressly disclaims responsibility for any impact caused by technical glitches, disconnections, or service interruptions affecting gameplay or results.

10. Content

Everything you see on our Platform—including but not limited to statistics, rankings, media, trademarks, design elements, games, and interfaces (collectively referred to as "Content")—is either owned by myinsallpro or lawfully licensed. This Content is protected by relevant intellectual property laws, and any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Content shared or generated by users—such as chat messages, media uploads, comments, testimonials, or feedback—may be collected and utilized by us for enhancing user experience, promotional purposes, or product improvement, in line with our Privacy Policy. Your username, winnings, and achievements may also appear in leaderboards or promotional banners.

We may occasionally feature links to external websites or third-party content. Please note that we neither verify nor take responsibility for any third-party content or services accessed through these links. Engaging with such external sources is at your own discretion and risk.

Any interactions you have with advertisers or external vendors on the Platform—including purchases, promotions, or partnerships—are entirely between you and those parties. myinsallpro is not responsible for any damages or outcomes resulting from such interactions.

11. Promotions and Discounts

myinsallpro frequently launches promotional events, tournaments, bonuses, contests, and reward-based campaigns to enhance user engagement and encourage participation. These offers (referred to as "Offers") may include cashback, referral bonuses, deposit matches, and game-specific challenges.

Every Offer is governed by specific eligibility requirements and terms (collectively referred to as "Offer Terms"). These will be published on the official Platform and communicated via email, push notifications, WhatsApp, or SMS.

Additionally, we may introduce "Discounts" which allow eligible users to enter paid contests at reduced costs. Such Discounts come with their own set of criteria and will be referred to as "Discount Terms."

Offer Terms:

  1. These Offer Terms are applicable to all current and upcoming promotional campaigns. Your involvement in any Offer is completely voluntary.
  2. The most up-to-date version of these Offer Terms will govern your participation, even if earlier versions were presented to you, unless specifically indicated otherwise.
  3. Participating in one Offer doesn’t automatically grant eligibility for other Offers unless explicitly stated and approved by us.
  4. Users are strictly prohibited from entering Offers through multiple accounts. Any such activity may result in disqualification, account suspension, and forfeiture of winnings or bonuses.
  5. You must respond to our prize notifications or bonus alerts within the stipulated time to claim your reward. Delay or non-response may lead to loss or delay of such benefits, at our discretion.
  6. If your phone number is listed on the National Do Not Call (NDNC) Registry, you are ineligible for Offers. Deregistration is required to receive communication and claim benefits. We are not liable for missed communication due to NDNC status.
  7. We may modify, pause, or discontinue any Offer at any time without prior notice and without assuming any liability.
  8. We reserve the right to withhold prizes or bonuses if you violate any Terms, applicable laws, or engage in fraud.
  9. Participating in an Offer does not guarantee a prize or bonus unless all conditions are met.
  10. Offer Terms may be changed at any time without notice. Continued participation implies acceptance of these changes.
  11. Any third-party product or voucher awarded will be subject to its own terms of use. myinsallpro is not responsible for product warranties or services.
  12. Offers are time-bound and available only for a limited duration as specified by us. This window may be revised at our discretion.
  13. Offers are valid only in states where skill-based games are permitted. If you access Offers from a restricted area, you do so at your own risk.
  14. We do not guarantee the quality or performance of third-party items. All claims must be made with the original provider.
  15. If you win a prize under an Offer, you may not receive a duplicate prize unless explicitly approved.
  16. Offer prizes cannot be transferred or gifted to others once awarded.
  17. Voucher-based prizes are often single-use, model-specific, and non-cash redeemable. They cannot be reused or combined with other promotions.
  18. You agree to indemnify myinsallpro against any misuse, fraud, or violation of Offer Terms.
  19. We are not responsible for any loss or damage from your participation in Offers or redemption of prizes/vouchers.
  20. If you fail to join a contest as part of a special Offer, any deducted funds will be refunded and you may rejoin as a regular user, if contests are available.
  21. In Offers involving white goods, the following apply:
    • We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the product manufacturers.
    • Product images are for representation only. Final models may vary.
    • In a tie, earlier joiners take precedence. Alternate prizes may be substituted if needed.
    • All third-party trademarks remain their respective owners’ property.
    • If permitted, cash equivalent to showroom price may be given in lieu of a product.

Discount Terms:

  1. Discounts come with unique conditions, disclosed at the time they are offered to you.
  2. Discounts are awarded solely at our discretion and cannot be claimed as a right.
  3. They are valid only for the specified contests or games and for predetermined amounts.
  4. Discounts are non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for real money unless specifically allowed.
  5. Credit of Discount amounts may take up to 24 hours and is subject to fulfilling eligibility criteria.
  6. We are not responsible for delays in crediting Discounts or any resulting missed contests.
  7. All unused Discounts will be forfeited upon account termination without compensation.

12. Loyalty Program

myinsallpro may offer universal or product-specific loyalty programs. These reward schemes, which are designed to enhance player experience, may be revised, suspended, or terminated at our sole discretion without prior notice. We may offer reward points or benefits under such programs, but their availability and redemption are subject to terms that may change over time. We reserve the right to revoke unredeemed rewards without liability or compensation in the event of changes to the program.

13. License Agreement & Intellectual Property

All content featured on the Portal is made available strictly to enable access to the Services in accordance with these Terms. You acknowledge that all rights, ownership, copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with the content belong solely to myinsallpro or its licensors. You are not granted any proprietary interest beyond what is explicitly stated herein.

A limited, personal, non-transferable, and non-sub-licensable license is granted to you for accessing and using the Services. This license is strictly for personal use—any resale, commercial distribution, or unauthorized exploitation is prohibited.

You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, translate, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or otherwise derive any part of the content outside the intended scope of accessing the Services provided on the Portal.

You may not link the Portal to external websites without obtaining prior written permission. Downloading software or materials does not grant ownership and must not be used for commercial purposes unless agreed upon in writing by myinsallpro.

14. Voluntary Termination

You may choose to discontinue your use of the Services at any time by emailing us at support@myinsallpro.com (for myinsallpro, Poker, and Ludo Remix). If your account contains a valid, withdrawable balance, we will verify your identity and process the payment within 60 days via online transfer, subject to compliance checks.

15. User Account Suspension

We reserve the right to investigate any suspicious activity and temporarily restrict your account if we suspect:

  • A breach of the Terms or misuse of your account;
  • A compromise in account security;
  • Use of rooted or jailbroken devices or VPNs to obscure location or identity;
  • Failure to report platform vulnerabilities or receipt of legal complaints regarding your activity;
  • Chargebacks on payments made to your account;
  • Violations of laws, including cheating or manipulation of Services.

If an investigation confirms such violations, we may suspend or permanently disable your account and may partially or fully forfeit the funds in your wallet. Our final determination in such matters is binding and not open to dispute.

Refunds, if any, in such cases will be considered on a discretionary basis, in accordance with our internal policies and applicable regulations.

16. Breach and Consequences

If we find that you’ve violated any of the Terms or laws, or engaged in fraudulent or unethical conduct, we reserve the right to:

  • Restrict participation in games involving suspected collusion or unfair play;
  • Temporarily or permanently suspend your access to the Platform;
  • Forfeit some or all of your user account balance;
  • Pursue legal action to recover damages; and/or
  • Initiate legal proceedings for any criminal violations.

If you breach these Terms or are found in violation after winning any contest, we may reclaim your winnings and deny refund requests. If your account is flagged, you may be notified and allowed to respond. During this time, access to your wallet may be restricted.

We may permanently ban your access to the Platform. myinsallpro’s decisions under this section are final. This clause does not limit our right to pursue other legal remedies.

17. Complaints and Grievance Redressal

If you encounter an issue or have a concern, we encourage you to reach out to our customer care team at support@myinsallpro.com (for myinsallpro, Poker, and Ludo Remix), or alternatively, follow the instructions in the "Contact Us" section of the respective Portal. Please ensure your complaint is submitted promptly upon the occurrence of the issue.

All grievances must be raised within thirty (30) days from the date of the incident. myinsallpro shall not be obligated to act upon or resolve any issue reported beyond this period, and we disclaim any responsibility for any loss arising due to such delay on your part.

You acknowledge that all grievances will remain confidential during and after resolution. You agree not to disclose any detail related to the complaint or dispute to external parties.

We are committed to resolving concerns within a reasonable time frame. Any decision made by myinsallpro in connection with a grievance shall be final and binding.

18. Updates and Revisions to Terms

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless myinsallpro and all associated parties against any claims arising from your negligence, breach of the Terms, or unlawful activities while using the Platform.

Specifically, we are not liable for:

  • Any offensive, illegal, or defamatory behavior of users on the Platform;
  • Loss or misuse of your account, credentials, or any feature on our Services;
  • Loss of data or delays caused during communication with our Portal or servers;
  • Technical failures, corrupted transmissions, or infrastructure breakdowns beyond our control;
  • Inaccuracies in information or data presented within the Portal;
  • Delays in warning or notifying you about account activities;
  • Your use of third-party websites accessed via links or ads on our Portal.

You fully release myinsallpro and its stakeholders from all liabilities relating to your participation in contests, prize collections, or interactions on the Platform. This waiver includes any known or unknown risks or damages.

Our liability to you, if any, shall be limited and exercised at our sole discretion in line with the Terms.

We do not guarantee constant availability of your user account or uninterrupted access to Games and features. Temporary or extended unavailability may occur due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.

We are not liable for:

  • Cancellation or postponement of Games due to legal or technical reasons;
  • Disruptions caused by third-party service providers or internet outages;
  • Transactions made via advertisements or links on the Portal;
  • Infringement claims arising from third-party or user-generated content on the Platform;
  • Any data or financial losses arising from participation in Games;
  • Inaccuracies or errors in Game scoring or winner declarations;
  • Any miscommunication or shared confidential details (like OTPs) by the user.

Indemnity

In exchange for using the Services, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless myinsallpro and its affiliates, partners, directors, and employees against any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from:

  • Publishing content that infringes on third-party rights;
  • Illegal, misleading, or offensive conduct from other users or yourself;
  • Misuse or unauthorized access to your user account;
  • System interruptions, data loss, or other adverse technological events;
  • Sharing your login credentials with others;
  • Failure to comply with laws or resulting injuries while accessing the Platform.

21. Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

These Terms define the legal relationship between you and myinsallpro. Any disagreement, claim, or controversy arising under these Terms shall be addressed as a civil matter and resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution mechanism outlined below.

Dispute Resolution Process:

  • Initial Resolution via Support Team:

    In case of any concerns or disputes, your first point of contact will be myinsallpro’s dedicated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team. If your issue remains unresolved within a reasonable timeframe, we encourage both parties to pursue the next stage—negotiation.

  • Amicable Settlement Through Negotiation:

    Any conflict, disagreement, or interpretation concerns linked to these Terms, Privacy Policy, or related policies will initially be addressed through direct and friendly negotiations.

  • Binding Arbitration:

    If negotiation fails to yield a resolution within 60 days, the matter will be escalated to binding arbitration as per the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996:

    • Arbitrator: A sole arbitrator shall be mutually appointed by both parties.
    • Location: The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Mumbai, India.
    • Language: All proceedings will be conducted in English.
    • Finality: The arbitrator’s award will be conclusive and binding and can be enforced in a court with proper jurisdiction.

Jurisdiction:

Subject to arbitration provisions above, any litigation or legal proceedings related to these Terms will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.

Applicable Law:

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in line with the laws of India, disregarding any conflict of law rules.

myinsallpro retains the right to seek interim or permanent legal relief—including injunctions or equitable remedies—before or after arbitration, or while enforcement of an arbitration award is pending. This does not restrict our rights to also pursue monetary remedies through arbitration.

22. Playing Responsibly

We encourage all our users to enjoy gaming in moderation. We’re here to support players who wish to self-exclude, take a break, or set usage limits.

24. Other Legal Terms

  2. If myinsallpro does not act on a breach of these Terms immediately, it does not mean we waive our right to do so later.
  3. Should any part of these Terms be deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall still remain fully enforceable.
  4. You may also be bound by additional terms, depending on your use of specific features. In the event of a conflict, these core Terms will take precedence unless stated otherwise.
  5. We reserve the right to assign our rights and responsibilities under these Terms to any entity as part of our business restructuring or expansion.

25. Game Rules & Team Formation

Creating Your Fantasy Team

  • Build your team with 11 players (Cricket/Football) or 7 players (Kabaddi) using your 100 credit points. You may select up to 10 players (Cricket), 7 (Football), or 5 (Kabaddi) from a single team.
  • You must include at least one player from each required category. For example, in cricket: 1 wicketkeeper, 1 batter, 1 all-rounder, and 1 bowler.
  • After team selection, nominate a Captain (2x points) and a Vice-Captain (1.5x points).
  • Lineups shown are based on available sources but may not always be final. We recommend double-checking player availability from verified public channels before confirming your team.

How to Start Playing Fantasy Cricket?

Create your dream squad of 11 players, including batters, a wicketkeeper, bowlers, and all-rounders. Choose your team’s Captain and Vice-Captain carefully — these two play a pivotal role in boosting your total points thanks to multiplier benefits.

Basic Rules for Team Creation:

  • Assemble your fantasy squad using a budget of 100 credit points.
  • You may select a maximum of 10 players from any one real-world team.

Fantasy Cricket Points System Overview:

  • Each playing 11 player earns +4 base points.
  • Captain: 2x multiplier on earned points.
  • Vice-Captain: 1.5x multiplier on earned points.
  • Note: Super Over performances are not counted for points.

Bonus Points Can Be Earned Through:

  • Scoring boundaries (fours and sixes).
  • Run milestones — 25, 30, 50, 75, 100, 125, and 150 runs.
  • Exceptional economy and strike rates.
  • Wickets taken via LBW or bowled deliveries.
  • Dot balls and maiden overs bowled.
  • Players scoring both 50 and 100 runs will receive points only for the century.

Points Will Be Deducted If:

  • Strike rate is below 50 in ODIs or below 70 in T20s.
  • Economy rate exceeds 7 RPO in ODIs or 10 RPO in T20s.
  • Batter, wicketkeeper, or all-rounder is dismissed without scoring (ducks); bowlers excluded.

Beat The Expert Contest

  • The Beat The Expert (BTE) contest is hosted by Company on myinsallpro, focusing on matches within select live tournaments as designated by the Company (“BTE Contest”).
  • The terms and conditions outlined here govern this contest (“BTE Contest Terms”).
  • The myinsallpro Terms of Service, available on the website/App, apply alongside these Offer Terms.
  • The most recent BTE Contest Terms will apply to this offer, superseding any previous terms unless otherwise stated by the Company.
  • Only selected players, as determined by the Company, are eligible for the BTE Contest.
  • In the BTE Contest, participants must pay an entry fee, which contributes to the prize pool. Players who outscore the expert team will win prizes as set by the Company.
  • The Company will deduct a service fee from the entry fee.
  • If the prize pool is not fully utilized, the remaining funds may be applied to other contests as the Company sees fit.
  • Prize pools may apply to multiple tournaments but will be settled annually at the Company’s discretion. A new prize pool will be created after settlement.

  • The Company is not liable for any direct or indirect damages related to this BTE contest.
  • Players found guilty of fraud, law violations, or breaching the BTE contest terms may be disqualified from winning prizes.

  • The prize must be claimed within thirty (30) days from the win date. If unclaimed within this period, the prize will be forfeited by myinsallpro.
  • A 30% TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) will be applied to all claimed prizes.
  • Winners can choose between the actual prize or an equivalent amount in a wallet. The wallet value will be determined by myinsallpro and subject to TDS as per applicable tax laws.
  • myinsallpro holds the right to replace a prize with one of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.
  • By claiming the prize, the winner agrees to release myinsallpro and its affiliates from any liability, loss, or damage arising from the award, receipt, or use of the prize.
  • These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice and are binding on all participants.
  • The brands mentioned do not endorse or sponsor the services, contests, or quizzes on www.myinsallpro.com and are not affiliated with myinsallpro. In case of a tie for the 1st prize in the Mega Contest, the participant who joined earlier will receive the white goods.

  • Providing a copy of the PAN card is mandatory. The prize will only be dispatched once the PAN card details match the winner's name as per the KYC document.

  • Upon confirmation, if the winner is not KYC verified, they will have fifteen (15) days from the win announcement to verify their KYC details with myinsallpro.
  • The prize must be claimed within thirty (30) days from the win date. Failure to claim within this period will result in forfeiture of the prize by myinsallpro.
  • A 30% TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) will be applicable to the prize upon claiming.
  • Winners can opt for either the actual prize or its equivalent value in a wallet. If opting for the wallet amount, it will be based on the ex-showroom price of the vehicle, subject to 30% TDS.
